Behind the alias Dee Brown is the just 17-year old Daniel Bruhn, who since the tender age of 14 has been spinning records at clubs around Denmark and in Berlin.
Danish music magazine Soundvenue recently named Daniel one of Denmark’s ten most promising DJ talents and wrote;
“He actually isn’t old enough to hit the clubs, but has with his sets, that are filled with timeless dance music in the form of 90’s house from the US and newer house, techno and deep house from Chicago and Detroit, managed to sneak around the security and into clubs all around Copenhagen and once before in Berlin.”
Daniel is especially inspired by producers such as Kyle Hall, Omar-S, Kerri Chandler, Mike Huckaby, Fred P, Analogue Cops, Amir Alexander, Hakim Murphy, Anton Zap, Samuel André Madsen and many many more.
He is one of the writers and editors of Dunkel Radio, resident at Skydeklubben and member of the NorthWest Soul team, and is currently working on his first EPs alongside brother Massimo aka. Menson (StudieStrasse) and Frits Carøe from renowned duo Carbeck, which are scheduled to be released next year.
